These terms cover your use of this website (sumanpaudel.me and sumanpaudel.com) and AI Explained Publisher, a personal content publishing tool run by Suman Paudel in Kathmandu, Nepal. By using the site or the tool you agree to these terms.

1. What the tool does

AI Explained Publisher is a personal tool I use to publish my own AI explainer content (images and short videos) to social media accounts that I own, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. It uploads content and schedules posts at times I choose. It is not offered as a public service and is not sold to anyone.

2. Connecting third party accounts

When an account such as TikTok is connected, it is done through that platform's official login and permission screen. The tool only uses the permissions granted there, such as reading basic profile info and uploading or publishing videos. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's own settings.

Use of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook is also governed by their own terms and community guidelines. Content published through the tool must follow those rules.

3. Content

All content published through the tool is created by or for me, and I am responsible for it. I keep the rights to my content. Nothing in these terms gives anyone else ownership of it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use this website or tool to:

• break any law or any platform's terms of service
• post spam, misleading content, or content you don't have the rights to
• try to access accounts, data or systems you aren't authorized to use
• interfere with or overload the website or the tool

5. No warranty

The website and tool are provided "as is". I try to keep them working and accurate, but I can't promise they will always be available, error free, or that a scheduled post will publish at an exact time, since that depends on third party platforms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or the tool, including missed or delayed posts or actions taken by third party platforms.

7. Privacy

How data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or tool after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
